Robert Lewis served as directional leader and teaching pastor of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas for 25 years. He is the founder and developer of Men's Fraternity, and has authored several books including: Raising a Modern-Day Knight, The New Eve, Rocking the Roles: Building a Win-Win Marriage and Real Family Values.

Russell Rainey serves as Release Pastor to Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock. He has more than 20 years of experience in high adventure leadership as an instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), as a guide for Exum Mountain Guides and as a ski instructor. Russell has founded and led several successful businesses including Rainey Designs Inc, an outdoor equipment manufacturing company.
